The Eastern Virginia Regional Activities Committee (EVRAC) along with the VWEA/VAAWWA Utility Management Committee (UMC) will host a workshop entitled "Organizational Planning in Tough Times" on February 1st from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Hampton Roads Sanitation District, Main Office Training Center in Virginia Beach. Topics will include Strategic Planning, Performance Measurement, and Workforce Planning.
