We do this through – 

Educating, Empowering, Equipping, and Engaging our members to develop diversity and inclusion competencies to create better leaders

Attracting and retaining diverse members

Listening, hearing, creating safe spaces, and advocating for evolving committees

Creating opportunities to build inclusive networks through mentorship and allyship

Collaborating with community groups (schools, affinity, and special interest groups) to build connection, service, and awareness of the water sector
